The Daylesford Art Show has been an important annual event in the Daylesford region

and is now in its 36th year. Originally set up by the Lions Club, in 2009 the Daylesford Rotary Club agreed to continue the Art Show rather than see this

valued community event disappear.

The 2020 Daylesford Art Show will be the 11th year organised by the Daylesford Rotary Club.

The 2019 Art Show included over 300 works from 105 local artist. Hopefully the 2020 will be even bigger and better, with the inclusion of an online art show and sale.

Selwyn Rodda is an Australian based painter and draughtsman. He has been exhibiting sporadically and teaching art at University level and privately for two decades. Born in 1966 Andrew McIlroy is one of a new wave of highly regarded, mid-career Australian Romantic artists.  His elemental paintings are evocative visions that are deeply personal and embedded with individual experiences. Painted in strong saturated tones, they beautifully portray expressive seascapes with tumultuous seas and stormy skies.

Andrew first studied Law at Melbourne University before realising that his true passion lay as an artists. He then studied Painting at Swinburne University in 2001 and then at the Julian Ashton Art School in 2005.
